Review for Juniper East Apartments

The 6'th floor penthouse lofts here are excellent. I can't speak for the other floors. Some reviews would make you think Juniper East is in a bad part of town... absolutely not so. 13'th street is experiencuing a huge revival. Great restaurants abound. Few buildings in Philadelphia are so centrally located - no wonder there are so many luxury condos being built just a block away.

The elevator is great... it's a freight elevator so moving in was extremely easy. But again, the #1 feature here is the buildings location. 3 blocks to Whole Foods, 1 block to the subway, all of South Street... in NYC a place like this would cost crazy dollars.
