Review for Juniper East Apartments

First something nice. The apartment lay out is is fantastic. The space is large and inviting and with the gigantic windows you have a great view from the penthouse floor. However.....The air and heat is sketchy at best, the roof leaks in all the top floor apartment in at least 3-6 places, on the lower floors they had mice, the maintenence is shoddy and never gets anything done correctly, and the worst thing... The owner is a idiot who does not care for anyone. We moved out because our roof leaked, we had a gas leak for 8 months, a window just cracked on us one day for no reason, the air never worked or was not turned on. It was such a major hassle. Most of my whole floor is moving out between June 1 and Sept 1. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Len Stolker, the owner, will not spend the money to fix anything. We reported the leaks to L&I and they issued a citation. He could care less. It is such a shame because this building has so much potential. It could be a great place. However: DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! For the price Juniper East is asking, nothing like this should be wrong!!!
