Spent 6 weeks last year renting from a friend who owns an apartment there - loved the building and the apartment layout. Very spacious, lots of outdoor access, great river views (it's a nice change to wake up looking over the water). I don't drive much so parking wasn't an issue but I know each apartment comes with 1 garage spot, often by the apartment door. I also didn't really have any maintenance needs while there. This isn't the newest apartment complex, but if you're looking for space, convenience and safety I think it's perfect. I would recommend to couples or families.
