Presidential City

I just moved here a month ago and it is not as bad as people say. I live in the middle floors so I have yet to see a bug or rodent and I keep my windows open all day. The Leasing Agent Julie was the best she takes care of anything you need in a fast time. If you need any help you just call the front desk attendant and they help you right away. There is a pool that is great, gyms in each building. Maintenance that comes as soon as you call. When moving in I had issues with the Freight elevator and they came over within minutes to get it going for me. the walls are thick so you hear no noise from your neighbors.
The cons-
The walls are made of plaster or something so its hard to nail anything in them. So if you have alot to hang or heavy things you will have to find another way to hang them like using sticky hangers from 3M
The neighbors upstairs from you you can hear them drop stuff
The fire alarm is extreamly loud if some kid pulls it as a prank. It already happened once since moving here.
Your AC unit is below others so if water drips from them it hits yours so you hear a dripping noise all day. Its gets annoying but only happens if they have it cranked up to high.
Parking you have to find a special area for your car because parking does fill up fast at night but I have yet had a problem finding a spot.

Other then all that it is a great place to live and the price you cant beat in this area. All utilities are includes except electric so that is awesome.
