I've lived in two separate apartments at this complex. I barely spend anytime in my apartment because it's so disguisting. In my first apartment, sewage from the two floors above me gushed out of the toliet and the tub of both of the bathrooms for months before I finally I had to write letters to the corporate office for it to get fixed properly. That drove my roommate to move out and so I moved to a cheaper one bedroom on the complex. The day I moved in, July 1, 2005, the ceiling above my bedroom window was leaking. It's now October 15, 2005 and after 5 different maintenance requests it still isn't fixed. And thats not all. A friend moved onto the complex in July, against my advice, she's moving out in November because her apartment has been infested with roaches since the day she moved in. And to top it off, there's rats living beneath her front steps. TRUST ME WHEN I TELL YOU THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUISTING !!
