This is definitely the absolute worst apartment facility available to renters in Pennsylvania.
I had roaches from the day I moved in (I viewed this space 3 times and did not see any roaches), but night time is the right time!!! I did not spend one night without all the lights on. HUGE roaches, 3 different species. American roaches, waterbugs, and brown DIRT roaches. I had a family of rats that lived under my front stairs that maintenance would not fill in the cracks in cement (AKA RAT HOMES). They came out once with loose dirt to mask the problem, but the rats dug right through that and continued to live there. The bugs come right out of the drains--it was so disgusting. Neighbors are loud and have out and out fights and abuse their animals in front of tenants!!! I left my apartment for work and stepped in dog doo about 6 times! People do not pick up after their animals and the office does nothing about this problem. I lasted 3 months in this DUMP. I advise you NOT TO MOVE INTO THIS PLACE, but if you must, photograph EVERYTHING! They will try and get you any way they can. After all I have been through, being forced to move twice in 3 months due to unsanitary living conditions, leaks, bugs, rats...etc. They are now giving me a problem receiving my deposit on time. They agree that I am entitled to my full deposit because of all I've been through, but they are giving me excuses and the run around about receiving it. The least they could do is handle this last and final thing properly, but no way, they cannot even do that right! To be honest, I am not surprised. DISASTER. My worst living situation EVER! And I've even lived in the heart of the city before. I will never and I repeat, NEVER rent again. This place is a joke. My car is a more fit living environment.
