This place was FILTHY when I moved in. I had to degrease all the kitchen cabinets, clean behind the refrigerator and stove. I also had to set out roach bombs twice in order to make it habitable. I sent a letter along with pictures to the corporate office expressing my disgust and I never received a reponse. Apparently, they must condone what's going on there. Due to my job and hurricane Katrina I was transferred to another state. The leasing agent at the time of the lease signing neglected to inform me of the "lease termination clause" so I stuck with an $1100+ fee to live in a roach motel for 4 months. My circumstances weren't taken into consideration.
