So when my roommate and I first found this place we thought it would be perfect; near the city, parking lot, pool/gym/sauna, new apartments. Well, I was 100 % wrong. I was told that we could have guests to the pool and gym, construction next door doesn't start till 8, maintenance was on top of every, parking wasn't a problem. Well, those were all lies. First of all, after we handed in our security deposit not once but twice they tried to make us sign hte lease for more expensive apartments. Guests can come to the pool, but only after paying $5. Construction starts at 6. May not be a problem for some people, but the fact that there are freight trains going by all night long less then 25 yards away is very concerning. The gym sucks, and half hte time is closed early. Parking is a pain half the time (especially after work), they gave out too many parking passes. My ceiling has been leaking for 1 month- after calling hte office 5 times as well as going in. Yes, the apartments are new but the workmenship is terrible, they did a "quick" job so there are many careless problems here. For example the hole in the bedroom ceiling that hasn't been fixed of living here for over 2 months. This is an extremely frustrating place to live, DO NOT DO IT! If I had known I would have found another place to live! Lastly, mgmt are extremely rude to their tenants...esp Bonnie...she is quite nasty!
