The location is good if you need to live near I95, or the franklin mills mall, but its a pian in the ass because you can only get to the parking lot from one side of the street and you have to make "U" turns to get out. My apt is next to a charter school and a private home, some apartments are right off of woodhaven and acadamy streets which is a pain. THe townhomes are very nice inside and they have a washer dryer hookup (stacked only). Not bad for the money. There is a fire house and a police station 2 blocks away.
