Reasonable Rent. Staff is courteous, friendly, made you feel like you were already home. Application process is alot faster than other apartment places I'd been to. Manager is a people person. The workers try real hard to keep the place clean. When I moved in, the apartment was in great condition. Any repairs that needed to be done while being a tenant, got done in no time at all. You don't have to wait for weeks to go buy like some other places. If you have a concern about something, you can always talk to the manager & the staff. My time at the Townhomes gets two thumbs up! I'd definitely refer people there.
