I have to disagree with the bitter reviews. I have never had a problem with the staff or their policies. I enjoy stopping by the office to pay rent or make a request. The ladies are very personable, and they always make me feel welcome. Maint. is always done in a timely manner, and I feel secure in allowing him in my home when I'm not there. The area is kept quite clean. If some folks have a problem with late fees, hres a tip-PAY YOUR RENT!! I mean come on-if your credit card charges you a late fee,do you berate the bank?
