Review for Brookmont Apartments

I made the biggest mistake of my life moving here! First the Bate and Switch, the rent went up $100 the week I gave my deposit to hold the apt. If I backed out I would lose hundreds! Then after I signed the lease the nice staft became rude! Items were broken in the apt, the heater and AC were faulty and dangerous! Nothing was repaired correct and never were replaced. The utilities are very high. And management doesnt state that you have to pay water/trash at $60-$70 a month. Yet there is no washer in the unit. Possible that you are paying to fill the pool and the washers. A slide scale without a meter for your apt. And dont fall behind with the rent or you will be kicked out and locked out! They will not work with you, just lie to get as much money to stop the eviction, then go to court anyway! Your rent will go up $120 a month after the first year plus all utilities. To run the faulty AC and have it cool no lower then 84, you will pay the electric co over $225 a month in the summer! I saw entire buildings move after the first or second year of living there! And you will not get your deposit back you will be charged for replacing the rugs even when they were old to begin with! So if you think you can afford to throw $1400 away each month to Brookmont, then this is for you. If you dont mind large dangerous dogs and many people living in one small apt. Then this is for you! Dont think the manger will work with you she wont. I have seen man beat red from anger and woman crying after coming out of the office! They need to be sued in a class action! Not sueing AIG for $20 mill during a bailout!
