Apartment Reviews for Brookshire Trace Apartments
Nice units, but incredibly overpriced

Echoing the sentiments of previous reviewers, this complex simply isn't worth the price, nor is it worth the hassle. The "free water... with a $35 water surcharge" is absolutely ridiculous. Is it free or not? They STILL haven't replaced the PECO boxes, which were promised to lower the utility bills.
Parking is a disaster, as well. No assigned spots, and everyone has two cars. That would be fine if there were enough spaces for 2 cars per unit, but there aren't.
Maintenance parks in your spot throughout the day, so if you're lucky enough like I was every single month, you'll have to find which unit they're in and ask them to move their vehicle so that you can actually park in your lot.
Overall, the units are nice, but not worth what they're now charging. You can purchase a condo/townhouse for similar money, and reap the tax benefits.
I would not recommend this complex.

Even worse, units are now having major roofing issues - as in, large sections of roofs collapsing. I was lucky enough not to be affected by this, but my neighbor was not.
