Apartment Reviews for Chestnut Hill Village
not even close to "luxury"

Billed as "luxury" apartments, CHV presents a facade--and not a very convincing one at that--which masks the ongoing problems here: the ancient heating system does not work efficiently, the construction is cheap, there is constant noise.
The management staff, which changes frequently, basically ignores these siginifcant problems, as does AIMCO, the corporation that owns CHV. A simple case of greed thinly masked by a website which suggests a quaint, well-tended community. Too bad. It doesn't have to be this way. The neighborhood is nice, and this would be a fine place to live in, but once you sign the lease, you will discover the management/leasing staff are mostly engaged in making excuses and, worse, lying about the utilities, esp. the heat.
