Listen, I could not be more serious than I am about writing this review. There is traffic on and off the elevators all times of the night, as late as 4 am. In addition pot smoking on the balconies. The exist doors closings at all hours of the day and not. Oh, I mean slamming doors. The air condition units are filled with ****. Birds, rats, bats, definitely some kind of rodents are ******* in them The deliveries are never. They are dropped off at the office for your inconvenience. They are not professional when it comes to management. In fact they couldn't care less. Trust me it does not matter what floor our are on the noise levels in this insane institution is off the chart. Hammering all hours. Is it coming from the lower level ur neighbor, what?. Speaking of crazy. I respect mentally ill people, but to have to live around them is scary, and trust their plentiful. I am leaving even if it means leaving my significant other. It smells awful in the buildings. The carpet have been here since, George Washington was president. They are so desparate to rent these cheap structured apartments while they rip u off, in heat and electric ,and in some cases rent. I heard management is now renting apartments for 6-700.00 a month. First after ur lease is up they will try to trap u. Otherwise they would not make a profit but rather giving apartments away. Not that they should not be free. Also one must ask themselves, why is the rent dirt cheap. Again, they should be dirt cheap, because that is all they are worth. But really, ask ur self, that question, then u will realize that every complaint u have heard or read about CHV is accurate. U will make the biggest mistake, if u move into this crapy place, especially if u r a professional.
