The building is in very close proximity to the Upsal and Tulpehocken SEPTA stations that provide transportation to Center City. Walnut Lane Golf Course and Wissahickon Creek are both just down the street from the apartment - perfect for golf buffs and those looking recreational activities in the neighborhood. Schools in the area are notable and well-praised: Germantown High School, Lingelbach Elementary, Germantown Friends School are just a few of the academic options in the community. A tenant from 2002-2007 was displeased with the responsiveness of the maintenance and management staffs, however things may have changed and current tenants may be more satisfied.
