when i was moving in, The landlord tried to steal $800 from me by hiding my receipt. Although the regional manager was aware that he had been stealing money from residents as well as the company, i had to come up with my receipt. they rob you on your way out as well. Read every part of the lease. they are trying to keep your money. Do not go by their explanation of each page. They are making me pay $640 for them to repaint for "THEIR" next tenant even though i never touched their walls. I only lived there for 1 year!. I left that apartment clean from top to bottom. Not to mention it was filth when i moved in. I have never dealt with anything like this. Liss Property Group are Thieves!!!!! Watch your back
