Maintenance Is Terrible! But The Place Is Nice

hte place is beautiful, but seriously you'll have to wait for ever for things to be done. maintenance is horrible, and management staff very impolite.
I keep on living here because it is big in sixe in comparison with similar apartments in the area, and I like the place, also I can not move because I have no time.
I am not sure I will recommend this place if you are not able to deal with lazy maintenance and also rude office staff.
