Rented: From 2007 To 2009

Parktown place started off great, then the maintenance problems started. As the crack that migrated up the wall, so too did our frustration with the staff that manages Parktown place. Where did the niceness of the rental staff go? As soon as we had issues that parktown was obliged to pay for we were sent over to their bullpen of bulldogs who are just plain mean and love the saying “well its not on paper” and “did you get that in writing”. The Parktown staff have master’s degree in the “run around” and the “bob and weave.”
So if you are stuck there, definitely get it in writing. And if you are looking at the place, keep looking and keep your stress meter at a tolerable level.
