If you want to try and get anything out of Mr. Zack the manager of Philly Gardens... good luck to you. He makes lots of promises, but you get absolutely NOTHING. All they want is for you to sign the lease and take your money. They don't care about you. I'd avoid them if at all possible.
I was told there were working elevators in the building and new washing machines will be installed within 3 weeks after I move in. It had been 9 months... Elevators never budge, and the cockroach infested ancient washing machines are still standing there...
Well, decide for yourself!
