At Sherwood Crossing we welcome and appreciate the comments from our current and former residents! We do have standard practices for inspecting apartments upon move out and unfortunately do have to charge back to residents any costs for damages or cleaning charges that we incur from vendors when making the apartment ready and perfect for our next move in.
