At Sherwood Crossing we welcome and appreciate the comments from our current and former residents! We do have standard practices for inspecting apartments upon move out and unfortunately do have to charge back to residents any costs for damages or cleaning charges that we incur from vendors when making the apartment ready and perfect for our next move in. lived here for 3.5 years and only got $45 out of my $200 sec dept back.

$7 for leaving 5 spoons behind
$28 for oven cleaning (didnt know had to)
$20 for fridge cleaning
$15 for sink cleaning
$20 for broken blinds (they replace them all anyways when people move out!)

my ac unit broke 2 years ago and they had to rig it with a pipe going into the wall next door to stop the dripping. they never fixed it completely and removed the pipe.

the rent goes up every year! i moved in to the 1 bedroom paying $630 left paying $900.

I'm very happy with the living space, closet space and most of all the washer/dryer in the unit
