Apartment Reviews for Summit Park Apartments - Philadelphia

This was once a great place to live. The rent was affordable and the services and ammenities were great. Unfortunately, the landlord has become very greedy. Over the past few years the rent has increased 4 - 5 % a year but conditions have declined. Parking is horrible unless you come home before 6. The rental office personnel has no idea of what they are doing. The clubhouse has become a fraternity house. The landlord-owned cable is very limited and speaking with them is a futile effort. They offer a DSL service but I have heard that it is not much faster than dial-up and you cannot get another provider to service the complex.
