This place is a real hole in the wall. Al Shapiro comes off in the beginning as a caring owner but the fact is he could care less about you , just give him the rent. roaches? ok we can fix that. mice ok we can fix that. No hot water? ok we can fix that. ok, ok ok is all he likes to say all the while he is laughing at you. want to know more about this landlord? go to phila housing authority, there are cases there. Also the work that was done was a joke also, new cabinets on wall with just screws...lol oh wait but we do have a fitness center. live better move into a state project...
