Review for The Osborne Apartments

this apartmant complex is being very nicley upgraded by the new owners. they are redoing the carpet in entire building and in the apts as well they are putting in new kitchens and appliances. they are trying and being succsessfull in making the building look nicer. they have get ride of a lot of the bad tenants that were put in there prior to them taking over who will do anything in order not to pay rent. they have so far gotten rid of half the tenants and now its going to be a better class of tenants
