I have lived here for a few years now. The rent is not increased everyyear, and when it is increased it is with in reason. The place is clean and whenever I have a problem it is usually fixed in a day or two, depending on the problem. I would be lying if I say I am always happy with the office, but I also understand rules are in place for a reason. The office staff is nice, but does not deserve the treatment some people give them..I heard one tenant screaming and cursing at nothing at all. I could not have that job, so Bless their hearts!
There is no switch and bait, before I came here, I went to places that your actual apartment looked nothing like the model unit. Here they do! with out the decorations of course. You can decorate your home the same way if you want. Stop acting childish. You also get to see your new home BEFORE you sign your lease, if it is not to your standards, you do not have to sign the lease. How many other places let you do that? Therefore the switch and bait person did not have to move here. This is a great place to live!
