Apartment Review for Woodward Properties

Do not rent from this place, it is the worst in philadelphia. Most of the building looks very nice on the outside, but once you sign the lease eveything changes.

We have made numerouse complaints about apt. and auto beak ins, did I mention numerous, personally I have been vandalized 6 times! When you call the office all you get is a screaming match.

The management refuses to do anything about the waterbugs, fleas, old plumbing and electical issues, the paint is literally comming off of the walls and ceilings because of the moisture from the walls when it rains.

There is so much more to write, but I hope this is enough info to help you make a wise decision.
