Despite the convenient location and modern apartments, recent reviewers expressed concern over the noise level and safety of the building and area. The three different floor plans available come with a variety of sizes, great amenities, and many utilities included. Rent ranges anywhere from $965-$1645. Some residents however, have found in the past that parking can be difficult for those who do not have a reserved parking spot; which some residents can’t afford with the additional fee. However, for those who feel they are in the right price range for Rutledge Hall, it has been found a very clean, and nice place to live. There are a total of eight floor plans available, and those are available as apartments or townhomes. Each apartment or townhome comes with many included amenities, and the property also features a fitness center and a pool. Rent ranges anywhere from $750-$1270. It is said by some residents that it can get a little noisy, on account that it is easy to hear your neighbors.
