These units come with many amenities, security, and everything else you could possibly need. Due to the area, tenants do have to park on the street, but tenants in the past have said they’ve never had too much trouble finding a spot close by. Located off of Boulevard of the Allies, 300 Craft is near many attractions of the Downtown Pittsburgh area, as well as Oakland. The units in the property range in many prices and sizes, that includes amenities and other benefits. There have been some complaints in the past regarding management, but the apartments themselves seem easily live able. Inquiries can be made either in person or over the phone.

Located off of Orchard Avenue is Jacksonian Schoolhouse. This building features many different sized units that come with amenities, at a variety of prices. Prices for rent typically seem to range in the $600-$800 amount. There have been some issues with noise in the past, due to the building being so close to the street, so that may be something to look into if noise is too bothersome. Located in Mt. Lebanon, as well as very close to Dormont is the Tuscany Apartments. The location provides a mix of suburban and city elements. Tenants seem to really love the location, and say that, and the amenities, plus there overall experience is worth the price. Some have had issues with parking in the past, but there seems to be lots of street available in the area, so hopefully finding a spot isn’t too difficult.
