The Penn Garrison Apartments are located on Penn Avenue in downtown Pittsburgh. Penn Garrison’s Downtown location provides convenient access to public transportation; renters can travel anywhere in the city without incident. The complex is right around the corner from the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, so residents can special events without going far. The apartments are also very close to Pittsburgh’s Amtrak and Greyhound terminals, making travelling long distances a cinch. Formerly the Lincoln At North Shore Apartments, Morgan At North Shore has recently switched management. While there has been some concern as to tenant care, there is no disputing that the location of these apartments is fantastic. Within walking distance of Heinz Field and PNC Park it is tailgating made easy. There is nothing like a Steeler game day or a watching a home run out of the park, which are experiences residents can have being so close to the venues. Only five miles south of Pittsburgh’s ‘Golden Triangle’, the location provides tenants proximity to all of the exciting cultural entertainment and professional appointments to the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. These beautifully kept grounds, feature apartments with up to three bedrooms that come with amenities, a kitchen area, outdoor space, and many leisure activities. Rent ranges from $1002-$1667. While there are amenities available, it seems that the number of leisure activities available out number the amenities. Which can either be a good thing or a bad thing depending on your preference. Located right in the Highland Park section of Pittsburgh, Negley Garden is surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Located right near the bus line leading to Oakland, Negley Garden makes it easy to get to where you need to go. With three different sized units and different floor plans to choose from, it is easy to find a size and a price that will hopefully work for you. Units come with different amenities and utilities as well. Rent ranges from $650-$895. Although amenities are available, these units do not come with as many as some other apartments typically do, however the cost is pretty fair so it is a good trade off.
