Vic and Paula are two landlords who genuinely care about their tenants, care about their properties, and care about the communities around them, and who have a proven reputation of going *above and beyond* whenever possible. They answer every single phone call, handle every maintenance request, follow through on every necessary repair, and they are consistently prompt, patient, and pleasant. Vic and Paula respect their tenants, as well, almost always giving one (or more) day's notice before they come by to gain entry for something. Their rental units are exquisite, all uniquely beautiful and thoughtfully designed, unlike anything else I have seen in such a reasonable price range. This is a housing group to which I feel privileged to belong! There is a great deal of positive energy in our landlords, and they actually foster a sense of community amongst us neighbors. My husband and I just signed on for our second year here. I am happy to say that as long as we are living in Pittsburgh, our home will be with Confluence.
