These apartment review websites are inherently bogus in concept. When was the last time you went on a review site to post something positive. These sites only exist to trash the owners of the buildings. If they were truly fair, they would give the owners the chance to respond in a meaningful way to allegations against them.
Just my 2 cents- I like Forbes Management - they are a small family run business who obviously care what people are saying about them. Never had any problems with them.
