Forbes sent out contract renewals in December when our contract didn't end until the end of May. Then when we didn't renew they began showing our apartment. Not only did they show it they would knock and then immediately unlock and open the door. There wasn't time to walk across the room before they were in the apartment.
The office staff could really use a lesson in manners. They are curt on the phone and do not call back when they say they will. It took 4 requests and two weeks to get a hallway light fixed.
I don't know how they have such high rankings on this board. My experience has been less than 72%.
