Forbes Management LLC are nothing they claim to be. They are unprofessional, curt, and overpriced. I live at the S. Millvale property which they just purchased a few months ago. We've lived here for years under the previous owner and everything was great. When Forbes took over, it's been nothing but a bad experience and I can't wait to get out of here! They harassed us with phone calls and letters saying that we owe money when we've paid the rent on time, in full for the past three years of living here. A man from the agency even left a nasty voicemail on my phone saying he was going to take us to the magistrate if we didn't pay him. I called them back immediately and the receptionist was like "Oh yeah, we called the wrong people." She didn't even apologize for the mean message or almost taking me to court! Also, they sent us a letter in January saying the were increasing our rent from $800 a month to over $1000 and gave us six days to decide whether we wanted to lease again or not. They said this was because of rennovations but, even so, doesn't that mean we'd have to live (and pay that insanely high amount for this shithole) DURING THE CONSTRUCTION? I don't think so... See ya, Forbes Management! I'm making it my life goal to inform this city of how HORRIBLE Forbes Managemnt is.
