whats up with the address in teh reviews, is this another forbes mngt? the forbes I know is located @ 6236 fifth ave. Anyways, just wanted to let people know of my terrific experience w/ forbes. Mike the maintenance guy with the australian accent is the coolest. They respond right away.
Don't know of others experiences, but I would re-rent from them any day- best landlord I have had.
As the review says the place was very clean when I moved int- newly renovated. Extremely quiet, and the price was right.
