I lived in a first floor apartment in the Shadyside/Friendship Area- the apartment was in a converted Victorian home with beautiful woodwork and hardwood floors- apparently this is Forbes Managements specialty restoring old Victorian houses. They do an awesome job! Any maintenance problems are taken care of that day or within 24 hours, the office staff is extremely friendly and will offer assistance whenever they can. All in all a terrific experience, please tell your friends this is the company to rent from in Pittsburgh! Their phone # is 412-441-1211.
