They can be rude and they are not the most honest. The previous review was obviously written by Forbes Management. They don't restore, they destroy features in victorian homes. Rent checks go to a PO Box. Why? They don't want you at the office. They won't even let you near the office to sign your lease. They will pester you to renew your lease 4-5 months before it's up. I live in another of their many buildings. Make sure you back at night to see how dark builing is. Many units in bad locations (crime)
