Forbes Management is overrated, and they tend to glorify both their management company and apartment listings. I am dissatisfied with not only the space, parking, and neighbors, but I am also disspleased with Forbes' desire to force its clients to re-sign a lease 6 months before termination; in addition, Forbes will show the unit nonstop (at their convenience) for the 6 months leading to the leases' end.
