I find a couple of things strange. First, it's obvious (from the post they admit to) that Forbes Management monitors this board. Second, from the posts I very much suspect Forbes Mngt is writing positive reviews for themselves. One particular glowing review here refers to the apartment as a great "unit..." Who says that but someone who works for a property management company? A "unit?" Come on...
It's really off-putting when you suspect a management company of doing stuff like this. I'm looking for an apartment right now, and I've pretty much decided not to call Forbes at all b/c I'm not sure they can be trusted.
