Review for J.J. Land Apartments

I have resided with the J J Land Company for three years. I have found the company very accomidating and helpful. The office staff has been friendly and professional. When I wasn't sure if I would be staying in Pittsburgh they were flexible with my lease term. Anytime I called for maintenance they came quickly and resolved my problem. I am leaving town for a new job and was very pleased to find they always called me before coming to show my apartment. I have rented from other companies who would just show up without any warning. My rent has been reasonable even after they replaced all of the windows in my building and added a/c. I would and have recomended this company to anyone looking for a nice apartment at a reasonable rate .
