I rented what I thought was a nice little apartment on South Graham, WRONG. The unit was "supposed" to have a fire escape through a hatch in the closet, I should have asked to see it because it wasn't there. During the Winter months the gas bill was ridiculous since there was no insulation to speak of, didn't cross my mind in the summer when I looked at the place. And to seal the deal, I got a carbon monoxide alarm for Christmas and the damn thing never stopped going off, when I asked them to do something they basically put it off until the weather warmed up and said it wasn't really an issue anymore since the furnace was now off. If you are so desparate for a place to live, find a dumpster; it'll be alot better than renting from JJ Land. Shame about it is that the building was a really cool Victorian broken up into apartments which if maintainde correctly would have been a great address to have.
