I have lived in two JJ Land Apartments.
As the other people have said on here:
-water leaks, never fixed, ever -maintenance men never fix a single problem -rude office staff that could care less about your problems -filthy common areas and yards -zero care or cleaning of common areas, yard, house -a squirrel lived in my wall for 6 months
