Don't bother calling the office about a problem that you are experiencing with your rental....NOTHING will be done about it. The landlord himself is CLEARLY on "something" and always seems to have an attitude about everything. Also, the apartment itself is overpriced, aside from the fact that it is practically falling apart. The washer & dryer do not work properly and are severely overpriced. If a maintenance man does come to your door to fix something...he'll be nice as pie and will even throw in a joke or two, but won't fix the problem correctly. He'll just "Rig" it so it looks better. I can't wait to get out of this place, I only have a few more months to go, but they will be hellacious. I think JJ Land Co. should be targeted as the "slum lords" instead of "landlords". Terrible company, poorly run, rude workers and NOT worth the money you throw away to them every month.
