Apartment was never cleaned when i moved in and they didn't even know the previous tenant had moved out. told me when i moved in that steam cleaning after the last tenant would be my responsibility because they "didn't have time." The staff enters your apartment whenever they feel like and have left the door open and unlocked which is especially terrible considering the building has had numerous robberies. The shower constantly runs steaming hot water. if you come back from a trip, most likely the walls and ceiling will be covered with orange mold. they never fix anything, just slap a bandaid on. they were so terrible that a new neighbor next door lasted 3 days before demanding to be released from her lease. the building shares a common central heating system (at least heat is free since the windows didn't close when i moved in in January) and when people in the other apartments smoke pot it smells like they're smoking right next to you. i thought the landlord company i worked for 2 years ago was a slumlord, but they now look perfect to these incompetent rude and irresponsible pieces of shit. fuck you JJ.
