They took a chunk out of our security deposit. In line with other comments posted here, they did not fix anything, could not even fix the heat, sent notices of eviction requesting late fees when rent was paid on time, showed the apartment without notifying us and changed the locks without telling us. They do not respond to emails or messages. Overall, they are horrible people.
