Tried to evict when we were legally withholding rent during period of time where they were supposed to fix problems. They knew the time limit because it was in the letter from the health department... never fixes anything, screens phone calls, lies, etc. Front yard so nasty that dogs crap all over the grass, no light in parking lot, rat holes, tons of black mold, falling water-logged ceilings, have to light own furnace or pay $30 for them to do it, place was an absolute disaster when we moved in and they didn't care (cleaning lady dumped rat droppings from range in garbage and put the range back on stove, told her to go home, cleaned the shit splatter and rat droppings on toilet ourselves, etc).
