Like others have said...WHERE DO I BEGIN.
1) Apartment was filthy upon moving in and even after I was told that someone would be coming to clean it, they never did.
2) My lock did not lock the door! The lock is bent and broken, and instead of replacing it, they came over for THREE AND A HALF HOURS (two months later!) and now my lock is hanging from one screw.
3) Nothing gets salted or shoveled in bad weather. The entire walkway to the front door is an ice skating rink, I have no idea how other people are getting in and out but I take the backdoor and sludge through the ally.
4) Found out that SEWAGE BACKED UP into the apartment across the hall and stayed that way until the dept. of health was called TWO MONTHS LATER. All the carpeting is still not replaced!
5) Apparently, the residents of my building are on a first-name basis with someone at the health department.
6) The only thing that seems to get them to come out is leaving NASTY messages threatening to call an attorney.
We have only been living in the apartment for one month and we would love to stay here if we didn't have JLB Slumlord Investments managing the property... the location is amazing and the price is great, but TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT!!!! I hate alot of people, and I would not wish my worst enemy to live in a JLB prop. environment.
