Let's see...
These two care nothing about their apartments. I suggest no one ever rent from these two because they don't do a thing. Their properties are falling apart, the staff is useless (not to mention, no one is ever there longer than two months to help...which is about how long it takes to get a straight answer out of anything). Slumlord doesn't even begin to explain this company.
Their own maintenance people hate them and don't pay them overtime for everything they force them to do because they won't put their own money into a property. They just throw putty over everything. Neither of these two will ever talk to you on the phone or meet in person. They will show up unannounced to show the apt - so with that being said...I suggest everyone put warning signs in their apts so that no one rents from these thieves. Don't give them any more money so the two lovebirds can go on more trips that we finance.
I heard they just got an office in Dormont, so if you can't get a hold of anyone, just show up there so they can't run and hide like usual. I feel for everyone who is renting from these two and pray they never procreate to further contaminate this world with their unethical, immoral and disgusting practices.
