The only reason Jason came to let you in is because he's money-hungry. They charge a $50 entrance fee. A landlord coming to let you in and charging you is not a good enough reason to encourage others to rent. It's clear that JLB is a horrible business. The fact that the health dept. is so involved with so many of the properties is a red flag. Read the reviews. Enough said.
