Today the fire alarm went off, but not because we had a fire. No just because the wiring in this house is bad. The second time that this happens. The fire department came and had to shut down the whole system. They said the building is a fire hazard. Oh yeah last week part of the ceiling in the hall way collapsed and has not been fixed. Two apartments have water dripping in from the roof and it never has been fixed. Even the last maintenance guy said that Jason Cohen is cheap and won't fix the roof properly. The health department was here a couple times and is coming again this week.
